The hotel's location, slightly away from the main bazaar, provides a serene atmosphere while still being a convenient 10-minute walk to the attractions. The clean and well-maintained pool area is ideal for relaxation.

The restaurant closes early at 10:30 PM, limiting dining options.

Newly remodelled rooms come with a nice balcony and all the necessary amenities and good range of evening meals. The location is particularly good and unbeatable, relatively close to Paragliding Pamukkale. The staff are decent and knowledgeable.

It was unforgettable time in Pamukkale. This property was spotless and exceptional.

The family room was spacious, allowing plenty of room for our luggage and the kids to play. The beautiful courtyard with its pool and gardens offered a lovely relaxation area. Breakfast was a highlight with a great variety, especially the homemade pancakes and fresh fruits. The staff stood out. They were warm and always ready to help. One minor issue was noise from the hallways. It was a bit distracting at times. Some areas could use a little maintenance like the shower rack with some rust. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for its charm and convenience to the travertine terraces.

The room is beautifully presented and there are incredibly beautiful views over the adjoining gardens and countryside. The service at the restaurant is very good. The staff are very supportive and responsive, managed the parking on-site.

Charming pool area

The staff's hospitality, especially their willingness to accommodate dietary needs, made our visit nice. The relaxing pool area, surrounded by beautiful gardens, was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

It was just a well-suited match for a short stayover in Pamukkale with fantastic value. The family room had adequate space for storing our luggage and hanging up jackets, convenient for us. Make sure to check for parking availability during peak season.

The kids loved exploring Pamukkale Travertine Terraces, and the pool area was perfect for the whole family. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast options were excellent, especially the delicious variety.

For dads, it would be great to have a few more entertainment options for young kids.

The views were fine, especially at the Travertine Terraces and Cleopatra Pools. The staff was friendly and made sure we had what we needed. We also enjoyed playing table tennis and darts at the hotel. The spacious rooms were a plus, and the shuttle service made getting around easy. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area!

Our check-in was smooth, but the only downside was that our room wasn't ready when we arrived early in the morning. It wasn't a huge deal since we expected it, but just something to be aware of.

Location is ideal for exploring as it's just a short walk to the travertine terraces. The pool area is surrounded by beautiful gardens, but the water was too cold for a swim . The breakfast options lacked variety, especially with fewer hot dishes available. I enjoyed the traditional dishes at dinner, particularly the kebabs, flavorful and well-prepared.

Couples looking for a relaxing getaway

We were really surprised by how spacious our room was! It had a balcony overlooking the pool, perfect for sipping wine while enjoying the view.

I mean, it wasn't the cheapest place I've stayed at, but it was still worth it.

The rooms here are air-conditioned and newly furnished with a TV and living room, and there's also a comfortable lounge area, in addition to serving excellent food and providing very good service.
